Licence Fee and Clubsub Details

Membership of Kilmashogue Golf Club is made up of a Licence Fee to play the course from St Columba’s College and a Club Subscription Fee to Kilmashogue Golf Club for your Golf Ireland affiliation. The club year runs from 1st July to 30th June each year.

*the Senior licence applies to those over the age of 75 on 1st July 2024.  For those seeking this for the first time, the College require you provide proof of age via either a photocopy of your passport or driving licence.
**the Intermediate licence applies to those under the age of 30 on 1st July 2024. For those applying for this category, we require you to provide proof of age via either photocopy of your passport or driving licence.
 
For current members, if you wish to pay in one instalment the choices are;

• Online from the Members Log In on the KGC website, www.kilmashoguegc.ie

where you will see the Easy Payments button

• Online from your bank account into the St Columba’s College bank account at AIB,

the IBAN details of which are IE60 AIBK 9333 8407 1610 68 and quoting the letters GL (for golf licence) followed by your full name.  You are responsible for making the bank payment identifiable to us, writing golf licence without your name means the payment is unidentifiable and cannot be allocated to anyone and so the licence will be considered unpaid.
 
If you wish to pay in 10 monthly instalments you can use the Easy Payments Scheme as above by  logging into the “Members Log In” on the KGC website www.kilmashoguegc.ie where you will see the Easy Payments Button.  You will be presented with a menu of payment options for either an individual or a couple.  The instalment option is available to commence from the month of July only.
 
For new members payment for your Licence Fee can be made as follows:
 
The License fee is €814 and is on a sliding scale. The sliding scale means the licence fee reduces depending on the number of weeks into the year that you join. For example, if you join on the 18th November your licence fee would be €500.92 (to end June 2024 which is the normal renewal date for the College) is due to the College. There are two options to pay this -

1. by cheque directly to St Columba’s College or
   b) Online from your bank account into the St Columba’s College bank account at AIB the IBAN details of which are IE60 AIBK 9333 8407 1610 68 and quoting your full name.

 
 
KGC Subscription Pricing 2024/20245
 
Subscription fee for adult is €160 and for senior is €144. (Away members may deduct the €24 GI affiliation fee from the KGC subscription fee.)
 
Your KGC subscription may be paid in one of two ways for current members:

1. Online payment via a payment link and invoice that will be issued in the next few days to all members with a registered email address (Recommended Option);

• By cheque – made out to Kilmashogue Golf Club and delivered to the office or posted in the Treasurer’s box (Note: If posting in the Treasurer’s box, please leave a note of your name and membership category i.e.  Adult or Senior.

 

• KGC DO NOT accept payments by bank transfer as payments made do not always have a reference attached and this makes it impossible to reconcile correctly.
• KGC DO NOT accept cash payments for your KGC Subscription.
